SUSTAINABLE: refers to something capable of being
sustained and is descriptive. In the context: SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT, development is the subject and
sustainable is descriptive of the subject. THEREFORE: It is neither more nor less. The definition of “sustainable development”
is not the Brundtland Commission’s reported definition but is just as is stated above. However, Agenda 21 Sustainable Development is as Brundtland,
Wikipedia and others have stated. When separated, sustainable
development sounds benign. But
together, after studying the contents of Agenda 21, you can see the tyranny
hidden within. *** |

I
have spent over ten years learning to recognize and wrap my mind around just
what Sustainable Development – Agenda 21 is and now that I have, I can only
say: Freedom and Liberty in America
have cancer and it is terminal unless folks start to care. The
Valley Fire
is an example of what can and will happen when environmentalism rather than
common sense is in charge of development and property rights. Hidden
Valley Lake is a “Fire Wise Community”? We
have the Upper Putah Creek Watershed Stewardship
Council. We
have South Lake County Fire Safe Council. We
have air quality control council. We
have soil conservation groups. We
have restrictions on removing trees, burning slash and cleaning creek beds. We
have restrictions on spraying to kill Scotch Broom and other invasive
species. Our
home is also home to many protected species that keep certain areas from
being cleaned or developed because it is not “sustainable”. So
we humans have had all these councils producing rules and regulations
controlling what we do with our private and public property; and what we got
in return was the Valley fire. We
had one council protecting the trees, one council protecting the owls and
other endangered species, one council saving the watershed, one council
saving the air and all of these councils restricted and regulated human
activity in the name of Sustainable Development as described by Agenda 21 and
the only thing not protected was our private property because private
property is a casualty under Agenda 21. Over
regulation created the disaster and the result is: The watershed (soil) will
erode into Lake Berryessa as never before, trees numbering in the thousands
were killed in spite of all the rules and regulations, the owl, snake,
salamander and frog lost his home even after developers were forced to spend
millions to protect their habitat, the air was filled with pollutants from
burning plastics and petroleum products and other cancer causing agents and
the environmentalist don’t want us to have wood fires in our homes for
heating because it pollutes the air, yeah right, nearly 1,300 human families
have been traumatized by the loss of their homes. Businesses were lost,
futures were lost, confidence was lost and hopefully the idea that
environmentalism must be supreme to common sense and logic was lost too. The
soviet system of councils does not work, ever. Beware your 501c3 council that wants to
save the Earth from you and demands “sustainable development” be the primary
focus of man - not life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Every
council was a complete and total failure and will continue to be. They own
the Valley fire. What
was proven was that capitalism works. Within hours who was here? It was
PG&E and AT&T who restored their critical infrastructures. It was
insurance companies and disaster relief companies who arrived to help and
within days our community was given back a sense of normalcy. On
a closing note one more thing: Beware
of Transition Lake County they are “change agents” steeped in
environmentalism with their eye on the Middletown area. The disaster they
bring will be left for your children to cope with along with the disaster
environmentalism has already brought us – the VALLEY FIRE. READ
PART II - ENVIRONMENTAL TERRORISM THE ANGORA AND VALLEY FIRES
– “When the Valley fire blew through it moved from one area to
another by blowing down the stream beds that were rich with fuel and provided
a funnel effect.” The
