Agenda 21 is not the
“Bill of Rights”. It is not “The Declaration of Independence”. And it is not
the “U.S. Constitution”. It has never been decided on by the American people
that “Agenda 21” should be our new bible. Our guiding light into the 21st
century. It is being pushed on us by a bunch of self righteous elitist like
Nancy Pelosi. It empowers those who agree and indoctrinates those who do not,
and you are going to think you are having a bad dream when it comes into your
home. © Bill Wink 2007 |

Dear Friend REALITY IS ABSOLUTE Reality
is that which exists. Or,
in the immortal words of Aristotle: A is A. To be,
is to be something: finite, limited, and non-contradictory. THE LOWEST COMMON DENOMINATOR Individualism
holds that the rights and freedoms of the individual are superior to the
rights of the group. Since Individualism is one half of the equation making up
the lowest common denominator what is the other half? “According
to Moyra Grant, in political philosophy
"collectivism" refers to any philosophy or system that puts any
kind of group (such as a class, nation, race, society, state, etc.) before
the individual. According to Encyclopedia Britannica, "collectivism has
found varying degrees of expression in the 20th century in such movements as
socialism, communism, and fascism.” –Wikipedia Now
we have the answer, the lowest common denominator, regarding political
philosophy, is you either believe in Individualism
or you believe in Collectivism. That’s it. “Capitalism
is the only politico-economic system based on the doctrine of individual
rights. This means that capitalism recognizes that each and every person is
the owner of his own life, and has the right to live his life in any manner
he chooses as long as he does not violate the rights of others.” AGENDA 21 IS COLLECTIVISM ON
STEROIDS! 10 YEARS TO LAY THE GROUND WORK, 10
YEARS TO IMPLEMENT 1992
was the birth year of Agenda 21. The
collectivists targeted the first decade as the time period for embedding the forty
chapters of Agenda 21, under the guise of Sustainable Development, into the
underlying philosophy of every nation, hence HR353 and the President’s
Council on Sustainable Development. Ten
years following came the call for “Action 21” the movement from theory to
practice.
“Local
Action 21 was launched as a motto for the second decade of LA21. It is a
mandate to local authorities worldwide to move from agenda to action and
ensure an accelerated implementation of sustainable development. Local Action
21 will strengthen the LA21 (Local Agenda 21) movement of local governments
to create sustainable communities and cities while protecting global common
goods.” THE BASICS OF AGENDA 21 The UN
Website promoting their 2012 meeting “Rio + 20” “Twenty
years after the 1992 Earth Summit in Rio, where countries adopted Agenda 21 -
a blueprint to rethink economic growth, advance social equity and ensure environmental
protection -
the UN is again bringing together governments, international institutions and
major groups to agree on a range of smart measures…” http://www.uncsd2012.org/about.html “Agenda
21 - a blueprint to rethink
economic growth, advance social equity and ensure environmental
protection…”
AGENDA 21 CHAPTER 7 CAL-TRANS
“Effective land use/transportation planning requires the ability to
estimate the benefits and impacts of various choices, including those
regarding “smart growth” and “sustainable communities” strategies (such as
urban infill, mixed-use, transit-oriented development, complete streets,
etc.).” Just
because Cal-Trans doesn’t mention Agenda 21 by name they are still advancing the
principals of Agenda 21 in that statement, they do advocate and promote “smart
growth” and “sustainable communities” strategies (such as urban
infill, mixed-use, transit-oriented development, complete streets, etc.).” Anyone
who has studied UN Agenda 21 recognizes those principals as the principals of
Agenda 21’s Chapter 7 Section 7.52. SO WHAT IS
THIS? Project
Overview “The
Middletown Community Action Plan (CAP)
will identify and analyze potential mobility and safety improvements for all
transportation modes. The CAP will include local Middletown streets and be
informed by the engineering analysis completed within the SR 29 South
Corridor EFS.” “The
SR 29 South Corridor EFS is funded by State
Planning and Research (SP&R) funds. The
Middletown CAP is funded by Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Partnership Planning Program Grant (PPP) funds.” U. S.
Department of Transportation “The
Federal Transportation Livability Initiative - Building Livable Communities
for the 21st Century The
Livability Initiative goes further by providing tools and resources to encourage
communities to collaborate to find new ways to manage land use,
transportation, and other resources to ensure a high quality of life and
strong, sustainable economic growth.” We have
established from the UNs’ own description, Agenda 21 is: “a blueprint to rethink economic growth, advance
social equity and
ensure environmental protection…” these
common goals are known as the 3 Es.
Caltrans Website FHWA Partnership Planning The
projects must be jointly performed with Caltrans. The proposed Partnerships
Planning projects must have a statewide and/or regional benefit. The
anticipated benefits of the project must ultimately result in improvements to
the statewide or regional transportation system.” Caltrans “The
interrelated challenges posed by these issues have not gone unanswered.
Sustainability principles highlighting the “3 E’s”
of environment, economy, and equity have widespread endorsement.
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has embraced these
principles and incorporated them into the California Transportation Plan
(CTP). A commitment to the 3 E’s
calls for new
approaches drawn from a full set of transportation strategies, including
initiatives to address land use and development.” Now we have
further established that Caltrans has; “embraced these principles (the 3 Es) and incorporated them into the California Transportation Plan
(CTP).
The troubling
part regarding these Caltrans policies is they are not policies from the Constitution, the Bill of
Rights, The Declaration of Independence, or the Federalist Papers but yet you
will find that same text scattered about government agencies, NGOs and
community councils across America. These
policies instead all come from the anti-American United Nations blue print for
America and the world, the environmentalist’s bible, United Nations
Agenda 21. Reality
is that which exists. THIS IS AGENDA 21 IN THE PROCESS The SR 29 South Corridor Engineered Feasibility Study (EFS)
and The Middletown Community Action Plan (CAP) has produced a document
titled “Bidder Question and Answer Conference” This
is from the document: DEPARTMENT
OF TRANSPORTATION There
is information in the document that I find troubling.
Q4) Has Caltrans discussed
concepts for potential alternatives? A4) Concepts
for alternatives are listed in the RFP including:
A5)
Alternatives listed in the RFP have been discussed internally among Caltrans,
LAPC
A6) The project
limits for the alternative described as: development of a parallel route to
SR 29; are in Middletown area only. I
find it troubling that a parallel route around Middletown is being planned
and the public has not been informed. Re-routing SR29 could have major
impacts on real estate values and abandoning the commercial district could
result in a major impact on the economic viability of Middletown. That
just seems evil to me, but that is what Agenda 21 is - EVIL. Bill Wink © April 5, 2013 |
