Dear Friend,
Agenda 21 is a 300 page
document that was produced by the United Nations. I believe you would agree
that most of the UNs’ membership is made up of socialist or communist,
therefore, it is safe to assume that a document produced by them would
contain socialist and/or communist doctrine.
This document was presented
by the UN and accepted by our government in June 1992 and became “extra Constitutional-national
policy” by Executive Order in 1993.
So since 1993 our government
at all levels have been instructed by Executive Order to use a socialist/communist
document as a “blueprint” for all future planning.
When Nancy Pelosi introduced the
resolution HR 353 to the House she even referred to Agenda 21 as a “blueprint”
Many who support this
socialist/communist doctrine like to say; because the House adopted Agenda
21 as a blueprint by resolution that it is non-binding. However, that’s not
true in our case, we have witnessed lately our President Obama make law by
Executive Order. Well in 1993 so too did President Clinton, he, by EO took
the extra Constitutional path and directed every department in the
Government to use Agenda 21 in all future planning and to direct the same
to all state and local governments even directing every Congressman to go
home and help install the tenets of Agenda 21. That EO has never been rescinded,
it undermines our Constitution and Bill of Rights and it is being enforced as
legal directive everywhere across this Country.
This document, Agenda 21, not
once mentions individual rights or private property rights it is focused on
collective rights. You, the individual, are expected to sacrifice your
rights and liberties for the greater good and you will under this fiat.
In other words, our own
Government sold our personal and property rights down the river and
undermined our governing documents in favor of Agenda 21. They never asked
the American people if this was something they wanted because they knew the
American people would never allow it to happen.
The focus of Agenda 21 is
defined by the UN as “a blueprint
to rethink economic growth, advance social equity and
ensure environmental protection”. This is called the 3 Es of Sustainability and sometime the Tripe
Bottom Line of Sustainability.
Today you will find nearly every Local, State and
Federal Government Department incorporates the tenets of Agenda 21 in their
planning process. Somewhere you will find their dedication to the 3 Es
within their directive.
Effectively we are now under control of socialist/communist
doctrine and are being run by, the powers that be, through the UN.
Yesterday our County government heard a proposal
asking them to join with several other Counties and place Lake County in
the “Northern Inner Coast
Range State Conservancy”.
It was published that this
Conservancy would be modeled after the Sierra Nevada Conservancy.
The Sierra Nevada conservancy
states on their Website:
Our Vision:
The
magnificent Sierra Nevada Region enjoys outstanding environmental, economic and social health with vibrant
communities and landscapes sustained for future generations.
Our Mission:
Sierra
Nevada Conservancy initiates, encourages, and supports efforts that improve
the environmental, economic and
social well-being of the Sierra Nevada Region, its communities and the
citizens of California.
So just what is a
Conservancy?
Wikipedia
Conservancy = Protected area
Protected
areas or conservation areas are locations which receive protection because
of their recognized natural, ecological and/or cultural values.
Generally,
protected areas are understood to be those in which human occupation or at
least the exploitation of resources is limited. The definition that has
been widely accepted across regional and global frameworks has been
provided by the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) in
its categorization guidelines for protected areas. The definition is as
follows:
"A
clearly defined geographical space, recognized, dedicated and managed,
through legal or other effective means, to achieve the long-term
conservation of nature with associated ecosystem services and cultural
values."
Subsequently,
the range of natural resources that any one protected area may guard is
vast. Many will be allocated primarily for species conservation whether it
be flora or fauna or the relationship between them, but protected areas are
similarly important for conserving sites of (indigenous) cultural
importance and considerable reserves of natural resources such as;
Carbon Stocks: Carbon emissions from
deforestation account for an estimated 20% of global carbon emissions, so
in protecting the worlds carbon stocks greenhouse gas emissions are reduced
and long term land cover change is prevented, which is an effective
strategy in the struggle against global warming. Of all global terrestrial
carbon stock, 15.2% is contained within protected areas. Protected areas in
South America hold 27% of the world's carbon stock, which is the highest
percentage of any country in both absolute terms and as a proportion of the
total stock
Through its
World Commission on Protected Areas (WCPA), the IUCN has developed six
Protected Area Management Categories that define protected areas according
to their management objectives, which are internationally recognized by
various national governments and the United Nations.[13] The categories
provide international standards for defining protected areas and encourage
conservation planning according to their management aims.
IUCN
Protected Area Management Categories:
Category Ia — Strict Nature Reserve: Protected area managed mainly
for science.
Category Ib — Wilderness Area: Protected area managed mainly for
wilderness protection.
Category II — National Park: Protected area managed mainly for ecosystem
protection and recreation
Category III — Natural Monument or Feature: Protected area managed
mainly for conservation of specific natural features
Category IV — Habitat/Species Management Area: Protected area
managed mainly for conservation through management intervention.
Category V — Protected Landscape/Seascape: Protected area managed
mainly for landscape/seascape conservation and recreation.
Category VI – Protected Area with sustainable use of natural
resources: Protected area managed mainly for the sustainable use of natural
ecosystems.
Effectively
this move, the “Northern Inner Coast Range State Conservancy”, would give
final decision making authority, regarding planning of any kind within the
Conservancy, to a centralized power. This would steal our voice regarding planning
issues where we live, even on your own property. Our Board of Supervisors
would no longer be the final voice regarding certain planning issues rather
a group of unelected bureaucrats would be.
Everything
in the Conservancy would fall under the guidelines of the ICUN and
the United Nations.
You may
own your property, pay taxes on your property but will be told what you can
and cannot do on your own property. You essentially will become a serf.
If you
value freedom and liberty we must STOP Agenda 21 and this land grab.
