It has never been decided on by the American people that “Agenda 21” should be our new bible. Our guiding light into the 21st century. It is being pushed on us by a bunch of self righteous elitist like Nancy Pelosi. It empowers those who agree and indoctrinates those who do not, and you are going to think you are having a bad dream when it comes into your home.

Agenda 21 is Sustainable Development. Agenda 21 publicly states “Agenda 21” is a blueprint to "rethink economic growth, advance social equity and ensure environmental protection”. This is called the 3 Es of Sustainability.

The President of the United States, as resolved by the 102^nd Congress, by Executive Order formed the President’s Council on Sustainable Development (PCSD) in 1993. Its job was to devise a plan to incorporate the tenets of Agenda 21 throughout our society.

As well as the President and Vice President the PCSD consisted of 25-members from industry, government, and non-governmental organizations and were as follows:

US Department of Energy, US Department of Agriculture, US Department of Commerce, US Department of the Interior, US Environmental Protection Agency, US Department of State, US Department of Education, Council on Environmental Quality, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Ciba-Geigy Corporation; Pacific Gas & Electric Company; Georgia-Pacific Corporation; Chevron Corporation; Citizens Network on Sustainable Development; General Motors Corporation; S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc.; Enron Corp.; Browning-Ferris Industries, Inc., National Resources Defense Council; Sierra Club; The Nature Conservancy; AFL-CIO; National Wildlife Federation; Environmental Defense Fund; Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fish Commission.

NOW YOU SEE WHY THE 3 Es ARE THROUGHOUT OUR SOCIETY

It’s obvious that this Council did not enjoy their first meeting with everyone on the same page. You had groups who harvested our countries resources and groups who protected our countries resources and those Departments who controlled access to those resources at the same table and it was their job to convince the American people that the American people needed to give up their individual rights and liberties in order to save the Earth.

*Harvey Ruvin - Served as a member of President Clinton’s Sustainable Communities Task Force of the President’s Council on Sustainable Development (PCSD). Delegate to the United Nations World Congress for a Sustainable Future, representing America’s Counties at the first-ever international effort to coordinate local governments’ environmental initiatives. Vice Chairman, Executive Committee of ICLEI which is the 15 member governing body of the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI).
